Kathy Baughman, Principal Kathy‘s passion is understanding how to bring customer, employee and other stakeholder relationships beyond transactions to engagement. As such, she is a student of communities and understands their role in building sustainable WOM programs. Her skill is community design and member activation. Kathy is considered a visionary with the ability to see things through a unique lens. She helps clients create game changing approaches that get results. Kathy is a member of the board of directors of the Council of Public Relations Firms. She is also a charter member of the Word of Mouth Marketing Association and heads the WOM practice of Pinnacle Worldwide. She is a frequent speaker on the topic of community building, community-based word-of-mouth and sustainable WOM.
